新时期地市级农业科研院所提升科技创新能力的思考OA

As an important part of China's agricultural scientific and technological innovation system,prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutes play a pivotal role in serving regional characteristic agriculture and promoting rural revitalization.Taking Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Xuhuai Area of Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper elaborated on its current situation of scientific and technological innovation and development,as well as measures for scientific and technological management innovation.It analyzed the problems existing in the process of prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutes improving their scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and put forward development suggestions from aspects such as adhering to the development orientation of public welfare research,adhering to discipline adjustment and optimization,and adhering to providing scientific and technological support for the rapid development of regional characteristic industries.The purpose is to provide a reference for prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutes to improve their scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
