采棉机后桥减速箱齿轮系统动力学特性研究OA

Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Gear Systems in the Rear Axle Reducer of Cotton Picker

随着新疆棉花机械化采收率的不断提高,采棉机齿轮传动系统振动过大和轮齿断裂等故障频繁发生.为此,以采棉机后桥减速箱齿轮传动系统为研究对象,利用 Catia 软件对齿轮模型进行单齿切割、网格划分等预处理,再通过Abaqus软件对齿轮副进行齿轮加载接触分析,得到影响齿轮动力学响应的关键非线性激励,包括时变啮合刚度与传动误差.基于有限元节点法,建立包含刚性转子-弹性支撑轴-支撑轴承-齿轮啮合作用的动力学模型.采用Newmark-beta法对所建立的动力学模型进行动力学特性分析,计算系统各模态的固有频率与对应的临界转速,仿真分析采棉机行驶作业转速下齿轮所在节点处的振动响应情况.搭建后桥振动响应台架试验台,通过对比振动加速度试验数据与理论分析数据,得到各转速下振动加速度均方根值误差平均值为 8.72%,验证了动力学模型与动力学分析的准确性,为求解时变啮合刚度、传动误差等齿轮啮合的非线性激励和预测采棉机后桥减速箱齿轮系统动力学特性提供了有价值的参考.

With the continuous improvement of cotton mechanized recovery efficiency in Xinjiang,the excessive vibration of gear transmission system and tooth breakage of cotton picker occurred frequently.Taking the gear transmission system of the rear axle reduction box of the cotton picker as the research object,Catia software was used to pretreat the gear model,such as single tooth cutting and mesh division,and then Abaqus software was used to carry out gear loading contact analy-sis on the gear pair,and the key nonlinear incentives affecting the dynamic response of the gear were obtained,including time-varying meshing stiffness and transmission error.Based on the finite element node method,a dynamic model inclu-ding the meshing action of rigid rotor,elastic support shaft,support bearing and gear was established.Newmark-beta method was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the established dynamic model,calculate the natural frequency of each mode and the corresponding critical speed of the system,and simulate and analyze the vibration response of the node where the gear was located at the speed of the cotton picker.A rear axle vibration response bench test platform was built.By comparing the vibration acceleration test data with the theoretical analysis data,the average error of the root mean square value of the vibration acceleration at each speed was 8.72%,which verified the accuracy of the dynamic model and dynamic analysis.It provided a valuable reference method for solving the nonlinear excitation of gear meshing,such as time-varying meshing stiffness and transmission error,and predicting the dynamic characteristics of gear system of the rear axle reduction box of cotton picker.
