为提升电能表业扩新装需求预测精度与资源配置效率,本文开展基于用电量增长特征的电能表新装需求预测研究.通过对区域用户用电特征的分析,识别关键影响因子,提取典型增长模式.构建融合时间序列与机器学习算法的组合预测模型,综合考虑多源数据与动态变化趋势.模拟结果显示,该模型能为电力企业的业扩规划提供决策支持,在精确性、稳定性和适应性等方面均优于传统方法.

The demand for new service connections and electric energy meter installations is significantly driven by electricity consumption growth.To improve forecasting accuracy and resource allocation efficiency,this study investigates a demand forecasting approach for newly installed meters based on electricity consumption characteristics.Key influen-cing factors are identified,and typical growth patterns are extracted through analysis of user electricity consumption across different industries and regions.A combined forecasting model integrating time series and machine learning algorithms is constructed,incorporating multi-source data and dynamic trends.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms traditional methods in terms of accuracy,stability,and adaptability,providing effective decision support for power enterprise expansion planning.
