豫西适宜种植富硒谷子品种筛选试验OA
Screening Test of Selenium-enriched Millet Varieties Suitable for Western Henan
为筛选适宜豫西种植的富硒谷子品种,以当地常见的12个谷子品种为试验材料(豫谷18、衡谷36、朝谷58、豫谷43、豫谷45、豫谷35、冀谷39、沧谷9、衡谷11、衡谷35、冀谷42和中谷989),在其孕穗期叶面喷施66 g/hm2亚硒酸钠,测定不同谷子品种产量及相关因素和籽粒硒含量.结果表明,参试12个谷子品种中,衡谷11产量最高,为6438.00 kg/hm2;冀谷42穗数最多,为42.05万穗/hm2;朝谷58千粒质量最高,为2.74 g;衡谷36穗粒质量最高,为19.58 g;衡谷11出谷率最高,为85.25%;豫谷18、豫谷35、豫谷43、衡谷36和朝谷58籽粒硒含量均达到富硒农产品要求,其中,豫谷18和朝谷58籽粒硒含量均较高,均为0.180 mg/kg.研究结果为豫西农业产业结构调整和富硒谷子产业发展提供了参考.
This study aimed to screen the selenium-enriched millet varieties suitable for western Henan,12 common millet varieties in the local area were used as experimental materials(Yugu 18,Henggu 36,Chaogu 58,Yugu 43,Yugu 45,Yugu 35,Jigu 39,Canggu 9,Henggu 11,Henggu 35,Jigu 42 and Zhonggu 989),and 66 g/ha sodium selenite was sprayed on the leaves at the booting stage to determine the yield related factors and grain selenium content of different millet varieties.The results showed that among the 12 millet varieties tested,Henggu 11 had the highest yield,which was 6 438.00 kg/ha.Jigu 42 had the largest number of spikes,which was 42.05 million spikes/ha.Chaogu 58 had the highest thousand grains weight,which was 2.74 g.Henggu 36 had the highest grains weight,which was 19.58 g.Henggu 11 had the highest ratio of winnowed paddy,which was 85.25%.The grain selenium content of Yugu 18,Yugu 35,Yugu 43,Henggu 36 and Chaogu 58 all reached the requirements for selenium-enriched agricultural products.Among them,the grain selenium content of Yugu 18 and Chaogu 58 was relatively high,which was 0.180 mg/kg.The research results provide a reference for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the development of selenium-enriched millet industry in western Henan.
