毕节市烟区适宜种植烤烟品种筛选试验OA
Screening Test of Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties Suitable for Bijie Tobacco Area
为筛选适合毕节市烟区种植的优良烤烟品种,以当地主栽烤烟品种云烟87为对照,比较渝金香1号、云烟121、鄂烤030、贵烟4号和贵烟36在毕节市烟区的农艺性状、田间病害发病株率、经济性状及初烤烟叶化学成分和感官质量,并进行综合评判.结果表明,从农艺性状看,渝金香1号、云烟121、鄂烤030和贵烟4号田间生长势强,叶片开片性较好.从田间病害发病株率看,云烟121、贵烟4号和鄂烤030对田间病害的抗性均较强.从经济性状看,云烟121产值和上等烟率均最高,分别为61442.55元/hm2和53.50%;渝金香1号产量最高,为2643.90 kg/hm2.从初烤烟叶化学成分看,贵烟4号、鄂烤030和云烟121初烤烟叶化学成分协调性均较好.从初烤烟叶感官质量看,云烟121初烤烟叶感官质量较高.从综合评判值看,参试烤烟品种综合评判值从高到低依次为云烟121>鄂烤030>渝金香1号>云烟87>贵烟4号>贵烟36.综上,云烟121最适合在毕节市烟区种植.
This study aimed to screen excellent flue-cured tobacco varieties suitable for Bijie tobacco area,the local main flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 87 was used as the control,the agronomic traits,field disease incidence rate,economic traits,chemical composition and sensory quality of Yujinxiang 1,Yunyan 121,Ekao 030,Guiyan 4 and Guiyan 36 in Bijie tobacco area were compared,and the comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The results showed that from the perspective of agronomic traits,Yujinxiang 1,Yunyan 121,Ekao 030 and Guiyan 4 had strong field growth potential and good leaf opening.From the perspective of the field diseases incidence rate,Yunyan 121,Guiyan 4 and Ekao 030 had relatively strong resistance to field diseases.From the perspective of economic traits,Yunyan 121 had the highest output value and superior tobacco rate,which were 61 442.55 yuan/ha and 53.50%respectively.Yujinxiang 1 had the highest yield,which was 2 643.90 kg/ha.From the perspective of the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the chemical composition coordination of flue-cured tobacco leaves of Guiyan 4,Ekao 030 and Yunyan 121 were relatively good.From the perspective of the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves of Yunyan 121 was relatively high.From the perspective of the comprehensive evaluation values,the comprehensive evaluation values of the tested flue-cured tobacco varieties from high to low was Yunyan 121,Ekao 030,Yujinxiang 1,Yunyan 87,Guiyan 4,Guiyan 36.In conclusion,Yunyan 121 is the most suitable for Bijie tobacco area.
