Study on Safety Risk Management for Pressurized Open-cabin Tool Inspection and Replacement of Triple-mode Shield Tunneling in Complex Strata
针对海底海相沉积层和砂岩等复合地层保压难、透水风险高的技术痛点,提出"超前注浆加固+盾尾环箍注浆+膨润土建泥膜"的综合处理方案.系统阐述海底隧洞三模盾构带压开仓刀具检换的技术特点、工艺原理、施工流程及关键控制措施.结合某项目新能源发电海底排水隧洞工程实例,验证该技术在安全可靠性、施工效率及经济性方面的优势,为类似海底复杂地层盾构带压开仓作业提供参考.
To address the technical challenges of pressure maintenance and high water ingress risk in subsea marine sedimentary layers,sandstone,and other complex strata,this study proposed a comprehensive treatment scheme:"pre-grouting reinforcement+shield tail ring grouting+bentonite mud cake formation".The paper systematically elaborated on the technical characteristics,process principles,construction procedures,and key control measures for pressurized open-cabin tool inspection and replacement of triple-mode shield tunneling in subsea tunnels.By combining a case study of a new energy power generation subsea drainage tunnel project,the advantages of this technology were validated in terms of safety,reliability,construction efficiency,and cost-effectiveness,providing a reference for similar subsea complex strata shield tunneling operations with pressurized open-cabin requirements.
