The Synergy Between Digital Infrastructure and Green Technology Innovation in China and its Influencing Factors

数字化和绿色化协同发展对中国高质量发展具有重要意义,研究数字基础设施与绿色技术创新的协同关系及其影响因素对于实现数字化和绿色化协同发展具有理论借鉴作用.以2012-2022年中国31个省域面板数据为研究对象,利用离差系数协调度模型评价了数字基础设施与绿色技术创新的协同度,构建Tobit模型分析了协同关系的影响因素.研究发现:①从全国来看,数字基础设施与绿色技术创新的协同度持续提高,二者呈现出协同发展趋势;②从区域和省域来看,东、中、西和东北4个区域以及31个省域的协同度均整体呈现上升趋势,但协同度存在明显的区域差异和省域差异,区域差异呈现"东部>中部>东北>西部"格局,省域差异虽然呈现逐渐缩小趋势,但是广东和北京前两位、青海和西藏位于后两位的基本格局保持稳定;③从影响因素来看,以人均GDP为代表的经济发展对数字基础设施与绿色技术创新协同发展起到最为重要的促进作用,而PM2.5浓度所代表的环境污染不利于二者产生协同关系.

The development of synergy between digital infrastructure and green technology innovation holds great significance for China's high-quality development.Studying the factors that influence the synergy between digital infrastructure and green technology innovation provides theoretical insights for achieving this synergy.Using panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021 as the research object,a dispersion coefficient coordination model is employed to evaluate the synergy between digital infrastructure and green technology innovation.Additionally,a Tobit model is constructed to analyze the factors that influence this synergy.The findings are summarized as follows:①Nationally,the synergy between digital infrastructure and green technology innovation is exhibiting a stable upward trend,indicating a mutually beneficial relationship where each promotes the other.②At the regional and provincial levels,the overall degree of synergy is observed to be increasing.However,there are noticeable variations in the degree of synergy among different regions and provinces.③Regarding influencing factors,per capita GDP,which represents the level of economic development,emerges as the most significant factor in driving the synergistic development between digital infrastructure and green technology innovation.On the other hand,the concentration of PM2.5,reflecting environmental pollution,has a negative influence on the synergistic relationship.
