管理创新要素协同赋能制造业企业新质生产力发展的路径研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Path of Synergistic Empowerment of Management Innovation Elements in Developing New Quality Productive Forces in Manufacturing Enterprises
通过文献计量研究方法,利用CiteSpace工具进行关键词聚类,分析并提炼出影响制造业企业新质生产力发展的六大管理创新核心要素,分别是企业动态能力、研发组织结构、组织战略变革、企业创新文化、组织制度创新和高管认知能力,进一步融合组态理论,构建出管理创新要素组态模型.借助动态QCA方法,以 2012-2023 年 92 家制造业上市企业为样本,发现理想型新质生产力的发展可通过3 种组态路径实现,分别是高管引领下动态能力-制度协同型、动态能力-制度创新共同主导型、研发组织结构驱动型;并且3 种组态路径均未发现存在显著时间和个体效应,但受资源禀赋条件和外部风险的影响.结果表明:单个管理创新要素对制造业企业新质生产力发展的解释力不强,需多维管理创新要素协同发展,该结果为制造业企业优化管理创新要素配置提供了科学依据,同时为政府制定制造业创新政策提供了理论指导.
This paper uses bibliometric research methods and employs the CiteSpace tool for keyword clustering to analyze and identify six core management innovation elements(i.e,enterprise dynamic capa-bilities,R&D organizational structure,organizational strategic transformation,enterprise innovation cul-ture,organizational institutional innovation,and executive cognitive ability)that affect the development of new quality productive forces in manufacturing enterprises.Furthermore,by integrating configuration the-ory,a management innovation element configuration model is constructed.Using the dynamic QCA meth-od with a sample of 92 listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2023,it reveals that the development of ideal new quality productive forces can be achieved through three configuration paths:executive-led dynamic capability-institution synergy,dynamic capability-institutional innovation co-dominance,and R&D organizational structure-driven.None of these three configuration paths exhibits significant tempo-ral or individual effects but is influenced by resource endowment conditions and external risks.The re-sults indicate that individual management innovation elements have limited explanatory power for the development of new quality productive forces in manufacturing enterprises,necessitating the synergistic development of multidimensional management innovation elements.This finding provides a scientific basis for manufacturing enterprises to optimize the allocation of management innovation elements while offering theoretical guidance for the government in formulating manufacturing innovation policies.
