数字产业集群创新系统脆弱性评价OACHSSCD

By selecting innovative industry clusters,software industry bases,and torch specialized in-dustrial bases as research objects,the paper analyzes the impact of pilot policies for innovative industry clusters on the total factor productivity of software industry bases and torch specialized industrial bases;by using the driving force pressure state influence response model,an evaluation index system for in-dustrial cluster innovation system is constructed,and the vulnerability and spatial distribution charac-teristics of cluster innovation system are empirically analyzed.The results indicate that the pilot policies for innovative industrial clusters have promoted the improvement of total factor productivity in industrial bases;overall vulnerability of cluster innovation shows an olive-shaped distribution,gradually increasing from coastal areas to inland areas.Coordination of cluster innovation in most provinces is related to the level of economic development;Obstacle level of the innovation status system is relatively high,and tal-ent resources and technological innovation are the main limiting factors;Innovation vulnerability exhib-its spatial autocorrelation,with local spatial autocorrelation showing high-high and low-low clustering characteristics.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed to improve the vulnerability of cluster in-novation from three aspects:integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation,integration of chain and cluster,real economy and digital economy.
