掺加硅灰的水泥稳定碎石混合料性能研究OA
Study on Properties of Cement-stabilized Crushed Stone Mixtures Added with Silica Fume
采用无侧限抗压强度试验、弯拉强度试验、干缩变形与温缩变形试验及动水冲刷试验、冻融循环试验与弯曲疲劳试验,研究硅灰对水泥稳定碎石混合料性能的影响.结果表明:掺加硅灰有助于提高水泥稳定碎石混合料的早期强度、抗温缩、抗干缩性能及增强抗动水冲刷和抗冻融循环耐久性与抗疲劳耐久性;掺加 8.0%硅灰可使水泥温缩碎石的弯拉强度增大 25.0%以上,平均干缩系数降低 25.1%,平均温缩系数降低 27.3%,疲劳方程斜率降低约1.0%、疲劳方程截距增大约12.0%.
The effect of silica fume on the performance of cement-stabilized crushed stone mixtures was investigated through unconfined compressive strength tests,flexural strength tests,drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage tests,dynamic water scouring tests,freeze-thaw cycling tests,and bending fatigue tests.The results show that:the addition of silica fume significantly enhances the early strength,thermal shrinkage resistance,and drying shrinkage resistance of cement-stabilized crushed stone mixtures.It also improves durability against dynamic water scouring,freeze-thaw cycling,and fatigue.Specifically,incorporating 8.0%silica fume increases the flexural strength of cement-stabilized crushed stone by over 25.0%,reduces the average drying shrinkage coefficient by 25.1%,and lowers the average temperature shrinkage coefficient by 27.3%.Additionally,the slope of the fatigue equation decreases by approximately 1.0%,while the intercept of the fatigue equation increases by about 12.0%.
