考虑到智能制造企业在生产过程中的"非期望产出",通过采集2016-2023 年期间我国87 家智能制造上市企业的投入以及产出数据,构建智能制造企业绿色技术创新效率评价模型,采用超效率SBM模型从静态角度评估样本企业的绿色技术创新效率,同时借助GML指数从动态层面全面分析企业绿色技术创新效率的变化趋势.结果表明:在2016-2023 年期间,我国智能制造上市企业绿色技术创新效率不高,主要呈波动上升状态,且绿色技术创新效率的进步主要得益于技术效率变化指数的增长,而纯技术效率的下降则是制约企业绿色技术创新效率提升的主要因素.从研究结果出发,从宏观以及微观2 个角度提出增强智能制造企业绿色技术创新效率,全面促进智能制造企业向绿色化生产转型的相关管理策略.

Considering the"unexpected output"of intelligent manufacturing in the production process,this paper collects the input and output data of 87 listed intelligent manufacturing enterprises in our country from 2016 to 2023,constructs an evaluation model of green technology innovation efficiency of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,uses the super-efficiency SBM model to evaluate the green tech-nology innovation efficiency of sample enterprises from a static perspective,and comprehensively analy-zes the changing trend of green technology innovation efficiency of enterprises from the dynamic level with the help of GML index.The results show that from 2016 to 2023,the green technology innovation efficiency of listed intelligent manufacturing enterprises in our country is not high,mainly fluctuating and rising,and the progress of green technology innovation efficiency is mainly due to the growth of the technical efficiency change index,while the decline of pure technical efficiency is the main factor re-stricting the improvement of green technology innovation efficiency of enterprises.Finally,based on the research results,relevant management strategies are proposed to enhance the efficiency of green tech-nology innovation of intelligent manufacturing enterprises and comprehensively promote the transforma-tion of intelligent manufacturing enterprises to green production from macro and micro perspectives.
