为实现季冻区重载铁路路基安全稳定性的多元素量化评估,总结分析风险病害来源,应用层次分析法和模糊数学理论,提出运营期模糊综合评价法.建立 6个一级影响因素和 23个二级影响因素的季冻区重载铁路路基安全风险评价指标体系,并应用专家评分法对各个因素进行量化评级,基于朔黄铁路宁武区段的评估结果得分为9.22,符合相关技术规范要求,能够满足列车行车安全.

To achieve a multi-element quantitative assessment of the safety and stability of heavy-haul railway subgrades in seasonally frozen regions,this paper analyzed the sources of risk-induced damages and proposed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for operation period by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy mathematics theory.A safety risk evaluation index system for heavy-haul railway subgrades in seasonally frozen regions was established,comprising 6 first-level influencing factors and 23 second-level influencing factors.The expert scoring method was adopted to quantify and rate each factor.Based on the evaluation results from the Ningwu section of the Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway,the score is determined to be 9.22,which complies with relevant technical specifications and guarantees train operational safety.
