针对激光武器反无人机作战效能难以科学评估的实际,通过整合激光武器作用机理、实战运用特征及战场环境约束,构建了激光武器反无人机作战效能评估指标体系;为避免主观评估权重偏差对作战效能评估的影响,提出运用博弈优化赋权(GTOW)-逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)评估方法,实现对不同激光武器反无人机作战效能的精准量化评估.实例验证表明,构建的作战效能评估指标模型与GTOW-TOPSIS方法具有较强的可行性和适用性,对激光武器反无人机作战的系统决策运用具有参考意义.

In response to the reality that the combat effectiveness of laser weapons against unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is difficult to assess scientifically,by integrating the action mechanism of laser weapons,the char-acteristics of actual combat application and the constraints of battlefield environment,an evaluation index system for anti-UAV combat effectiveness is constructed.In order to avoid the influence of the deviations in subjective evaluation weights on the effectiveness evaluation,a game theory-optimization weighting(GTOW)-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)evaluation method is proposed to achieve precise and quantitative evaluation of the anti-UAV combat effectiveness of different laser weapons.The case verification indi-cates that the constructed effectiveness evaluation index model and the GTOW-TOPSIS method possess strong feasibility and applicability,and are of reference significance for the system decision-making application of laser weapon anti-UAV combat.
