木质素磺酸钠-壳聚糖基木材胶黏剂的合成、结构与性能OA
Synthesis,Structure and Properties of Sodium Lignosulfonate-Chitosan-based Wood Adhesives
为提高木质素基木材胶黏剂的耐水性,以木质素磺酸钠(L)和壳聚糖(C)为原料,在酸性条件下以不同原料质量比合成木质素磺酸钠-壳聚糖(L/C)树脂,并在L/C树脂中添加高活性的异氰酸酯(MDI)作为交联剂共混制备木材胶黏剂.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)法对其结构进行分析,采用水接触角测试分析其疏水性能,通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其固化性能进行表征,以L/C树脂制备胶合板并测定其力学性能.研究结果表明:L/C树脂中主要含有C—C、C=O、C—N、S=O、S—N等官能团,木质素磺酸钠中的羰基和磺酸基分别与壳聚糖中的氨基反应形成酰胺键和磺酰胺键,木质素磺酸钠和壳聚糖之间通过酰胺键和磺酰胺键连接形成更加紧密的三维网状结构,从而提高L/C树脂的胶合性能及耐水性.当木质素磺酸钠与壳聚糖质量比(R)为3∶1 时,L/C树脂水接触角最大,为80°;当R为3∶1、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为30 min时合成的L/C树脂,添加3%的MDI交联剂制备的胶合板干状剪切强度、冷水浸泡24h湿剪切强度和63℃热水浸泡3h湿剪切强度较佳,分别为1.22、1.09 和0.78 MPa,满足GB/T 9846-2015 对Ⅱ类胶合板强度的要求.
To improve the water resistance of lignin-based wood adhesives,the lignin sulfonate/chitosan(L/C)resin using lignin sulfonate(L)and chitosan(C)as raw materials under acidic conditions with different mass ratios,and high-activity isocyanate(MDI)was added as a crosslinking agent by blending towards the wood adhesive.The structure was then analyzed via Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Hydrophobicity was assessed through water contact angle tests,while curing performance was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Next,the L/C resin blending with MDI was employed to prepare plywood,and its mechanical properties were tested.The results showed that the L/C resin primarily contained functional groups such as C—C,C=O,C—N,S=O,and S—N.The carbonyl and sulfonic groups in lignin sulfonate reacted with the amino groups in chitosan to form amide and sulfonamide bonds.The interaction between lignin sulfonate and chitosan through these bonds formed a more compact three-dimensional network structure,thereby improving the bonding performance and water resistance of the L/C resin.When the mass ratio of lignin sulfonate to chitosan(R)was 3∶1,the water contact angle of the L/C resin reached a maximum of 80°.Moreover,the L/C resin synthesized under these conditions of that R was 3∶1,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 30 minutes with the addition of 3%MDI crosslinking agent,showed the optimal performance in plywood.The dry shear strength,wet shear strength after 24 h cold water immersion,and wet shear strength after 3 h of 63℃hot water immersion were 1.22,1.09,and 0.78 MPa,respectively,meeting the strength requirements for Class Ⅱ plywood as per national standard GB/T 9846-2015.
