为满足各类载荷平台对相控阵天线日益严苛的适装要求,实现高集成低剖面天线阵面,设计了一种宽带高集成轻薄化瓦片式发射/接收(T/R)组件.该组件采用大尺寸高密度多层电路基板实现多通道一体化集成;同时内部集成采用高集成芯片,对外互连采用接触式毛纽扣,以降低组件剖面高度及整体尺寸.测试结果表明,最终实现的6×6通道T/R组件尺寸为75 mm×75 mm×4.7 mm,重量约80 g,单通道输出功率高于15 W,单通道接收增益大于21 dB,噪声系数优于4 dB.该组件通道间一致性好,性能稳定,能够较好地应用于低剖面相控阵系统.

In order to meet the increasingly stringent compatibility requirements of phased array antennas for various payload platforms and achieve a highly-integrated and low-profile antenna array,this paper designs a broadband highly-integrated light-thin tile-type transmitter/receiver(T/R)module.This module adopts large-size high-density multilayer circuit substrates to achieve multi-channel all-in-one integration.At the same time,the in-ternal integration adopts highly-integrated chips,and the external interconnection is achieved through contact fuzz buttons to reduce the height of the module cross-section and the overall size.The test results show that the finally implemented 6×6 channels T/R module features a compact size of 75 mm×75 mm×4.7 mm,weighs approximately 80 g,and has a single-channel output power higher than 15 W,a single-channel receiving gain greater than 21 dB,and a noise figure better than 4 dB.This T/R module has good inter-channel consistency and stable performance,and can be well applied to low-profile phased array systems.
