Research on High-quality Development Strategies for Yichun's Lithium Battery New Energy Industry under the"Dual Carbon"Initiative
"双碳"大背景下,宜春市锂电新能源产业迎来了重要发展风口期.基于微观企业调研、官方公报、行业相关数据和有关智库查询平台,概述了"双碳"目标和锂电新能源产业高质量发展之间的关系,运用SWOT方法深入分析研究了宜春市锂电新能源产业发展存在的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和挑战.研究认为,宜春市在锂电新能源产业发展上具有得天独厚的资源优势与良好的政策环境,"双碳"目标的提出为宜春市利用资源禀赋加快发展锂电新能源带来新的机遇,也面临着市场竞争加剧、绿色低碳转型、产能过剩等挑战,研究结合宜春区域特征、资源禀赋、产业发展,在理论分析和调查研究的基础上,提出"双碳"背景下大力培育产业优势企业、多举措壮大产业链条和规模、建立健全产业创新服务体系、加快产业绿色低碳发展的对策建议,推动宜春锂电新能源产业高质量发展,助力宜春"双碳"目标实现.
Under the national"dual carbon"initiative,Yichun's lithium battery new energy industry has entered a critical stage of strategic development.Drawing on enterprise-level surveys,official bulletins,industry data and think tank resources,this study examines the relationship between China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the high-qual-ity development of Yichun's lithium battery industry.Using the SWOT analytical frame-work,it explores the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in the city's in-dustrial development.The findings indicate that Yichun possesses unique resource advanta-ges and a favorable policy environment that provide strong support for the expansion of its lithium battery sector.The"dual carbon"goals have created new opportunities for Yichun to leverage its lithium resource endowment and accelerate industrial transformation.However,the city also faces challenges including intensified market competition,the pressure of green and low-carbon transition,and the risk of overcapacity.Based on Yichun's regional charac-teristics,resource endowments and current industrial structure,this study proposes several strategies:Fostering leading enterprises to strengthen industrial competitiveness,expanding and optimizing the industrial chain,establishing a sound innovation service system,and ac-celerating the shift toward green and low-carbon development.These measures aim to ad-vance the high-quality growth of Yichun's lithium battery new energy industry and support the realization of its"dual carbon"objectives.
