Constructing A Collaborative Intellectual Property Protection Mechanism for Technology Enterprises from the Perspective of Developing New Quality Productive Forces
在新质生产力培育背景下,探究科技企业知识产权协同保护机制的构建路径,以提升科技企业知识产权保护能力,推动产业创新发展.以南昌市高新区242家科创型企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查、现场访谈及案例分析等方法,对企业知识产权管理现状、保护现状及区域协同保护现状进行实证研究,剖析其知识产权保护中存在的问题.研究发现,仅10.74%的企业设立专职知识产权管理部门,9.90%的企业遭遇过知识产权纠纷,超75.00%的企业亟须知识产权保护支持.据此提出构建集"快速授权、精准确权、高效维权"于一体的协同保护实体化体系,整合多客体保护内容,推动科技企业依托区域优势资源强化产业创新成果保护.实践表明,该机制可显著缩短专利授权周期、提升核心技术专利数量及市场占有率,为新质生产力培育提供制度支撑与实践范式.
In the context of cultivating new quality productive forces,this study explores the construction path of a collaborative intellectual property(IP)protection mechanism for tech-nology enterprises,aiming to enhance IP protection capabilities and promote industrial inno-vation.Using 242 technology-based enterprises in Nanchang High-Tech Zone as research samples,the study adopts a mixed-method approach combining questionnaire surveys,on-site interviews,and case analyses to empirically examine the current status of IP management,protection practices,and regional collaborative protection systems.The findings reveal that only 10.74%of enterprises have established dedicated IP management departments,9.90%have encountered IP disputes and over 75.00%urgently require stronger IP protection sup-port.In response,this paper proposes a collaborative protection framework integrating"rap-id authorization,precise rights confirmation and efficient rights enforcement".The frame-work consolidates multi-subject protection elements and leverages regional resource advan-tages to strengthen the safeguarding of innovation achievements.Empirical evidence shows that this mechanism can significantly shorten patent authorization cycles,increase the num-ber of core technology patents and enhance market competitiveness,thereby providing insti-tutional support and a practical model for fostering new quality productive forces.
