数智时代中药产业新质人才素养构成及培养路径研究OA

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry is an important component of China's medical system and plays a unique role in the Healthy China strategy.The quality of talents in the TCM industry directly affects the development level of the TCM industry.Through the discussion of the development changes of the TCM industry under the background of new quality productivity;the knowledge,ability and quality requirements that new quality talents should possess are analyzed.In light of the current problems faced by the cultivation of talents in the TCM industry in colleges and universities,such as the disconnection between the professional training objective positioning and industrial demands,insufficient cross-integration in curriculum settings,relatively scarce resources of compound teachers,insufficient depth of industry-education integration,imperfect mechanism for cultivating innovation ability,and insufficient integration of cultural inheritance and scientific and technological innovation,five specific implementation paths are proposed,namely,strengthening ideological guidance and firming up cultural onfidence;adjust the professional settings and update the course content;innovate teaching models and enhance practical abilities;strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the integration of industry and education;promote cross-integration and optimize the teaching staff.
