生物质焦油是生物质气化技术的关键挑战,生物质化学链气化技术通过载氧体的催化氧化作用,可减少焦油的产生,而载氧体的性能对焦油转化至关重要.采用溶胶凝胶法制备(LaM M=Fe、Ni、Co、Mn、Cu)载氧体,并以甲苯作为生物质焦油模型化合物,在固定床上进行焦油化学链转化实验,研究载氧体种类、水蒸气和水蒸气与甲苯中碳的摩尔比nS/C等因素对气体产物组成、甲苯转化率、C1和H2产率等的影响.结果表明:与LaCu、LaMn和LaCo相比,LaFe和LaNi分别起到较好的甲苯部分氧化和催化转化作用;对于双组份载氧体LaFe1-xNix,Fe和Ni的相互作用使得载氧体晶粒更小,生成了 LaFe0.9Ni0.1O3等物质,进一步促进甲苯转化,但由于载氧体供氧不足,导致严重积碳,添加水蒸气显著促进了甲苯重整和积碳气化,极大地提高了C1和H2产率.对于LaFe0.6Ni0.4,nS/C提高到1.6后,C1产率达到95.65%,积碳率<0.18%,而H2产率达到264.53%,载氧体展现了良好的稳定性.

Biomass tar is a significant challenge in biomass gasification technology.Biomass chemical looping gasification technology can mitigate tar formation through the catalytic oxidation of oxygen carriers,and the performance of oxygen carriers is crucial for effective tar conversion.Various LaM(M=Fe,Ni,Co,Mn,Cu)oxygen carriers were prepared using the sol-gel method.Experiments on chemical looping conversion of toluene,serving as a model compound for biomass tar,were carried out in a fixed bed reactor.The effects of oxygen carrier type,steam and molar ratio of steam to carbon in toluene nS/C on gas composition,toluene conversion,C1 and H2 yields were investigated.The results show that compared with LaCu,LaMn and LaCo,LaFe and LaNi exhibit superior performance in the partial oxidation and catalytic conversion of toluene.The synergistic effect of Fe and Ni in LaFe1-xNix makes a smaller grain and some new compounds like LaFe0.9Ni0.1O3 which can further promote toluene conversion.However,due to insufficient oxygen supply,serious carbon deposition occurs.The addition of steam significantly promotes tar reforming and coke gasification,reducing carbon deposition and greatly improving C1 and H2 yields.For LaFe0.6Ni0.4,when the steam-to-carbon ratio is increased to 1.6,the C,yield reaches 95.65%,the carbon deposition ratio is less than 0.18%,and the H2 yield reaches 264.53%.Multiple cycle experiments indicate that LaFe0.6Ni0.4 exhibits good reactivity stability.
