某实验室共用液压泵站由3台CPVF-500L型液压站并联组成,为4个试验台提供液压动力.为了实现各个试验台能够独立监测和控制共用液压泵站,同时具备一定的节能功能,分析了共用液压泵站工作原理,同时通过数据统计分析,总结出试验台液压系统工作特点.基于LabVIEW设计了液压流量请求系统,实现4个试验台对共用液压泵站的控制,同时通过在试验台控制器与液压流量请求系统之间建立共享变量方式,实现共用液压泵站节能的功能.共用液压泵站流量请求系统和节能功能经过实际测试,实际应用效果满足生产实际要求,试验台液压系统单位能耗降低了35%,节能措施效果明显,实验室共用液压泵站使用达到了安全、可靠、高效的目的.

A common hydraulic power station in a laboratory is composed of three CPVF-500L hydraulic power stations in parallel,it provides hydraulic power for four test benches.In order to realize that each test bench can independently monitor and control the common hydraulic power station and has a certain energy-saving function,the working principle of the shared hydraulic power station is analyzed,and the working characteristics of the hydraulic system of the test bench are summarized through statistical analysis of data.Based on LabVIEW,a hydraulic flow request system is designed to realize the control of the shared hydraulic power station by four test benches,and the energy-saving function of the shared hydraulic power station is realized by establishing a shared variable mode between the test bench controller and the hydraulic flow request system.The flow request system and energy-saving function of the shared hydraulic pump station is tested in practice,and the actual application effect meets the actual requirements of production.The energy-saving measures reduces the unit energy consumption of the hydraulic system of the test bench by 35%,and the use of the shared hydraulic pump station in the laboratory achieves the purpose of safety,reliability and efficiency.
