基于气凝胶毡复合材料智能生产的关键技术分析与规划建设OA

气凝胶毡复合材料是一种具有纳米孔结构的轻质隔热材料,凭借其极低的导热系数和易于加工的特点,广泛应用于建筑保温、工业装备隔热和电池热防护等领域.随着国内需求的持续增长,气凝胶毡复合材料的生产规模不断扩大.然而,现行生产主要依赖间歇式或半连续式流程,普遍面临自动化水平低、人工依赖强、质量稳定性不足及效率低下等挑战.为改善上述生产过程中的诸多弊端,研究了气凝胶毡智能生产线的规划设计,对气凝胶毡复合材料的生产流程进行了系统梳理与整体规划设计,提供了一套覆盖原料入库、配料、复合、改性、超临界、包装至成品入库的全流程智能生产线设计方案.设计方案融合智能工厂理念,集成智能管理软件、自动化机械臂及智能物流系统等控制媒介,实现了生产过程的高度自动化、生产数据的实时可视化和工艺流程的优化,从而有效提升了生产效率和产品综合质量.

Aerogel felt is a kind of lightweight thermal insulation material with nanoporous structure.It is widely used in building insulation,industrial equipment insulation and battery thermal protection due to its extremely low thermal conductivity and easy processing.With the continuous growth of domestic demand,the production scale of aerogel felt composites has been expanding.However,the current production mainly relies on intermittent or semi-continuous processes,and generally faces chal-lenges such as low automation level,strong manual dependence,insufficient quality stability,and low efficiency.In order to im-prove many drawbacks in the above production process,the planning and design of the aerogel felt intelligent production line is studied.The production process of the aerogel felt composite material is systematically combed and the overall planning and de-sign are carried out.A set of intelligent production line for raw materials storage,ingredients,curing,modification,supercritical and packaging to the finished product storage is designed.The design scheme integrates the concept of smart factory,integrates in-telligent management software,automatic manipulator and intelligent logistics system and other control media,realizes the high au-tomation of production process,the real-time visualization of production data,and the simplification and optimization of process flow,so as to effectively improve production efficiency and product comprehensive quality.
