长期海洋腐蚀环境下金属简支板振动行为退化机制OA
Mechanisms of Corrosion-Induced Degradation in Vibration Behavior of Metallic Simply-Supported Plates Under Prolonged Marine Exposure
腐蚀环境对金属板结构的动力学特性具有显著影响,严重威胁结构安全性与服役寿命.文章构建了腐蚀失重量和力学性能的等效物理模型,研究了长期腐蚀环境对金属简支板振动特性的影响机制.通过将腐蚀等效为材料弹性模量和密度特性沿厚度方向的变化分布,更加精细地考虑腐蚀在材料内部的渗透效应,以及表层腐蚀材料的残余力学特性.基于弹性薄板理论,推导了腐蚀板的振动方程,通过有限元方法和试验数据,验证了理论模型的准确性.讨论了典型地区大气腐蚀特性、初始腐蚀速率和结构尺寸因素对金属简支板振动特性的影响.结果表明:金属板振动频率随腐蚀时间降低,与腐蚀失重曲线呈现反相关;碳钢板在沿海工业大气环境下50年腐蚀后基频降低19.09%,而铝板频率仅降低1.05%.文章建立的方法为长期服役于腐蚀环境的金属结构振动特性评估提供了理论依据,对工程抗腐蚀设计具有指导意义.
The corrosion environment has a significant impact on the dynamic characteristics of metal plate structures,posing a serious threat to structural safety and service life.An equivalent physical model of mass loss due to corrosion and structural mechanical properties is constructed,the influence laws of long-term corrosion environment on the vibra-tion characteristics of metal simply-supported plates is investigated.By equating corrosion to the changes in material elastic modulus and density properties along the thickness direction,the infiltration effect of corrosion inside the mate-rial and the residual mechanical properties of the surface corroded material are considered more finely.Based on the theory of elastic thin plate,the vibration control equation of the corroded plate is derived,and the accuracy of the nu-merical model is verified by the finite element method and the experimental results.The effects of typical regional atmo-spheric corrosion characteristics,initial corrosion rates,and structural size factors on the vibration characteristics of metal simply-supported plates are discussed.The results show that the vibration frequency of the metal plate decreases with corrosion time and is inversely correlated with the mass loss curve of corrosion;after 50 years of corrosion in a coastal industrial atmospheric environment,the fundamental frequency of the steel plate decreases by 19.09%,while the frequency of the aluminum plate decreases by only 1.05%.The method established in this study provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the vibration characteristics of metal structures serving long-term in corrosive environments and has guiding significance for engineering anti-corrosion design.
