基于星载InSAR技术的房屋建筑安全风险评估指标体系综述OA
Review of indicator systems for building safety risks assessment using spaceborne InSAR technology
面向我国城市房屋建筑从"建造为主"向"建养并重"直至向"大规模运维"转型发展的时代背景,星载合成孔径雷达干涉测量(InSAR)技术为既有量大面广存量建筑全生命周期运维管养开辟了全新路径.星载InSAR技术具有大范围、高精度、可持续及非接触的变形观测优势,然而变形监测并不等同于风险评估.明确建筑变形与结构损伤机理之间的定量关系,对于突破InSAR监测数据向结构安全状态转译的壁垒至关重要.为此,综述了常用InSAR技术的发展脉络及其在多尺度建筑变形监测的可行性;系统分析了结构领域建筑安全评估指标阈值体系的由来、发展及国内外规范相关规定的异同;归纳总结了星载InSAR技术在建筑风险评估中的研究现状,并探讨了该技术与工程检监测规范衔接的关键问题.研究表明,星载InSAR技术与城市建筑群广域筛查的融合和应用展现出广阔前景,但不同研究在风险评估指标选取和阈值设定上仍存在较大差异,制约了该技术的规模化应用.鉴于此,建立兼具可复用性和可操作性的统一建筑风险评估指标阈值体系,对于未来构建城市房屋建筑常态化、智能化体检机制具有重要意义.
Against the backdrop of the transition in China's urban building sector from a"construction-focused"approach to"equal emphasis on construction and maintenance",and further toward"large-scale operation and maintenance",spaceborne interferometric synthetic aperture radar(InSAR)technology has opened a new pathway for the full-lifecycle maintenance and management of the vast existing building stock.Spaceborne InSAR offers advantages such as large-scale,high-precision,sustainable,and non-contact deformation monitoring.However,accurately assessing structural safety conditions based on deformation data remains crucial.To reveal the relationship between building deformation and structural damage mechanisms,existing building safety assessment indicators and threshold systems have been systematically reviewed.Key achievements include:summarizing the evolution of commonly used InSAR technologies and their feasibility in multi-scale building deformation monitoring;systematically analyzing the origins and development of threshold systems for building safety assessment in structural engineering,as well as differences in relevant international and domestic codes;and synthesizing the current state of research on spaceborne InSAR in building risk assessment,while discussing key issues in aligning the technology with engineering inspection and monitoring standards.Research shows that the integration and application of spaceborne InSAR in large-scale wide-area urban building screening hold broad prospects.However,significant variations in the selection of risk assessment indicators and threshold settings across studies hinder its widespread adoption.In light of this,establishing a unified,reusable,and operable threshold system for building risk assessment is of great importance for developing regular and intelligent inspection mechanisms for urban buildings in the future.
