密流比对压气机叶型气动性能有重要影响,为了研究密流比对压气机叶型设计的影响规律,采用自动优化方法对不同密流比转静子叶型进行优化设计,分析零度攻角下的流动特性及叶片表面载荷分布规律.结果表明:随着密流比增大,静子最优叶型前缘附近载荷逐渐降低,而中后段的载荷逐渐增大,峰值马赫数及其位置基本保持不变,可用攻角范围逐渐增大,最小损失没有明显变化;随着密流比增大,转子最优叶型前缘附近载荷逐渐增大,中后段的载荷基本保持不变,峰值马赫数增大、峰值马赫数位置向前缘靠近,可用攻角范围逐渐增大,最小损失降低.

AVDR has significant impact on the aerodynamic performance of compressor blade,and in order to study the influence law of AVDR on compressor blade designan automatic optimization method was used to optimize the stator blade design with different AVDR,and the flow characteristics and blade surface load distribution at zero Angle of attack were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the dense flow ratio,the load near the leading edge of the stator optimal blade gradually decreases,while the load in the middle and rear section gradually increases,the peak Mach number and its position basically remain unchanged,the range of available attack Angle gradually increases,and the minimum loss does not change significantly.The load near the leading edge of the optimal rotor blade gradually increases,while the load in the middle and back section basically remains nunchanged.The peak Mach number increases,the peak Mach number is close to the front edge,the range of available attack Angle gradually increases,and the minimum loss decreases.
