地面运动目标的无源定位是态势感知领域的重要环节,对于窄带辐射源,频差(FDOA)定位是最有效的定位体制之一,对此重点研究仅基于FDOA观测量的地面运动目标定位问题.首先,构建地面辐射源的双重等式约束,在此约束下推导FDOA定位的克拉美罗下界(CRLB),定量刻画目标速度等式约束带来的性能增益.然后,基于最大似然估计准则建立含有双重等式约束的位置向量与速度向量联合估计准则,并结合FDOA观测模型与速度等式约束的代数性质,提出基于增广拉格朗日函数优化的定位新方法.该方法可实现对位置向量与速度向量的分离估计,仅需对位置向量进行迭代优化,而速度向量是以闭式解的形式给出,进而降低迭代初始值的影响与局部收敛的风险.接着,证明新方法的迭代收敛性、数学最优性以及渐近统计有效性,分析定位问题的病态性,并利用约束误差扰动理论对辐射源高度信息误差对定位精度的影响进行数学分析.最后,通过仿真实验验证所提方法相比其他相关定位方法的优越性,以及理论性能分析的有效性.

Passive localization of moving targets on Earth is an important issue in situation awareness.For narrow-band emitters,Frequency-Difference-of-Arrival(FDOA)based localization is one of the most effective positioning sys-tems.Therefore,this paper investigates the localization problem of a moving target on Earth using only FDOA mea-surements.First,two equality constraints are constructed for the moving target,and the Cramér-Rao Lower Bound(CRLB)for FDOA localization is deduced under these constraints,which can quantify the performance gain resulting from the velocity constraint.Subsequently,an optimization model for the joint estimation of the position vector and ve-locity vector is established based on the Maximum Likelihood Estimation(MLE)criterion,incorporating the two equal-ity constraints.Using the algebraic property of both the FDOA measurement model and the velocity vector's equality constraint,a novel localization method based on augmented Lagrangian function is proposed,which achieves sepa-rate estimation of the position vector and velocity vector.Specifically,the proposed method only requires iterative opti-mization of the target position vector,while the velocity vector can be obtained in a closed form,thus reducing the in-fluence of the initial values and the risk of local convergence.In addition,the iterative convergence,mathematical opti-mality,and asymptotically statistical efficiency of the new method are proven,and the ill-conditioning of the localization problem is analyzed.The influence of target altitude information error on localization accuracy is also mathematically analyzed using the constrained error perturbation theory.Finally,simulation results verify the superiority of the pro-posed localization method over other related localization methods,as well as the validity of the theoretical performance analysis.
