光周期对烟苗农艺性状与光合生理指标的影响OA
Effect of photoperiod on agronomic traits and photosynthetic physiological indexes of tobacco seedlings
[目的]探究不同光周期处理对烟苗农艺性状与光合生理指标的影响,为烟草育苗阶段的光环境优化提供理论依据.[方法]以中烟100、K326、云烟87和CB-1为材料,将各品种烟苗播种至小十字期,设置6,10,14 h 3个光周期处理,试验采用二因素裂区试验设计,主因素为光周期处理,副因素为品种,试验进行至烟苗五叶一心期.利用熵值法分析烟苗农艺性状的光周期敏感度,测定叶绿素含量,并利用OJIP(快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线)曲线分析PSII(光系统II)的能量分配特征,进行农艺性状与光合生理指标的相关性分析.[结果]①随着光照时间的延长,4个品种烟苗的农艺性状指标均呈增加趋势.②随着光照时间的延长,4个品种的叶绿素含量都呈现增加趋势.③随着光照时间的延长,4个品种烟苗的ABS/RC(单位反应中心吸收的光能)、TRO/RC(单位反应中心捕获的用于还原原初电子受体QA的能量)、ETO/RC(单位反应中心捕获的用于电子传递的能量)和DIO/RC(单位反应中心耗散掉的能量)逐渐减小,RS/CSO(单位面积的反应中心数量)逐渐增大,PIABS(基于吸收光能的性能指数)逐渐升高.④不同光周期处理下的烟苗农艺性状与叶绿素含量和RS/CSO之间存在显著的正相关,与ETO/RC、DIO/RC、ABS/RC和TRO/RC之间呈显著负相关.[结论]在6~14 h的光照时间处理下,延长光照时间能显著促进烟苗的生长和光合作用.相关性分析表明,光照时间延长促进了叶绿素合成和光反应过程,提高了光能利用效率,促进了烟苗的生长.
[Objective]To investigate the effects of different photoperiod treatments on agronomic traits and photosynthetic physiological indexes of tobacco seedlings,and to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the light environment in the tobacco seedling stage.[Method]The seedlings of Zhongyan 100,K326,Yunyan 87 and CB-1 were treated with three photoperiods of 6 h,10 h and 14 h from the small cross stage to the five-leaf and one-beart stage.The experiment was conducted in a two-factor split-plot experimental design,with photoperiod treatments as the main factor and varieties as the subfactors.The entropy value method was used to analyze the photoperiod sensitivity of the agronomic traits of tobacco seedlings,to determine the chlorophyll content,and to analyze the energy distribution characteristics of PSII(photosystem II)using OJIP(fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics)curves,and to carry out the correlation analysis between the agronomic traits and photosynthesis physiological indexes.[Result]①With the extension of light duration,the agronomic traits indicators of the four varieties of tobacco seedlings showed an increasing trend.②With the extension of light time,the chlorophyll content of all four varieties showed an increasing trend.③With the extension of light duration,ABS/RC(light energy absorbed per unit reaction center),TRO/RC(energy captured per unit reaction center for reduction of primary electron acceptor QA),ETO/RC(energy captured per unit reaction center for electron transfer),and DIO/RC(energy dissipated per unit reaction center)of the four varieties of tobacco seedlings gradually decreased,and RS/CSO(number of reaction centers per unit area)gradually increased,and PIABS(performance index based on absorbed light energy)gradually increased.④The agronomic traits of tobacco seedlings under different photoperiodic treatments showed significant positive correlations with chlorophyll content and RS/CSO,and significant negative correlations with ETO/RC,DIO/RC,ABS/RC and TRO/RC.[Conclusion]Under the treatment of 6-14 h of light time,the extension of light time can significantly promote the growth and photosynthesis of tobacco seedlings.Correlation analysis shows that the extended light time promotes chlorophyll synthesis and light reaction process,improves light energy utilization efficiency and promotes the growth of tobacco seedlings.
