详细探讨、分析比较了200MW以下大型锻件相应行业标准的熔炼分析和成品分析方法及其发展历程,进一步探究了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定碳素钢、中低合金钢中多元素的快捷前处理方法,推荐为大型锻件成品的实用分析方法,扩展其应用范围,并推荐火花放电原子发射光谱法为大型锻件行业标准熔炼分析、成品分析的首选方法.该方法已用于大型锻件的生产与验收,将为行业标准修订提供参考.
The ladle and product analysis methods of correspondent industrial standards about chemical compositions of heavy forgings for 200MW power station equipment and below are compared,and their development history is reviewed in detail.A rapid pretreatment for multi-element contents determination of carbon and middle-low alloy steels by ICP-AES is further investigated in experiments.ICP-AES is also proposed as practical product analysis,and is expanded.SD-AES is proposed as a preferred choice of the industrial standards for ladle and product analysis.The methods are applied to routine production and inspection of heavy forgings,and are valuable in the revision of the industrial standards.
