2023年7月,海河流域发生新中国成立以来最大暴雨,从而引发山洪,参与泄洪的大部分水闸出现漏水问题.以三家店拦河闸"23·7"后出现漏水问题处理为例进行研究,通过全程启闭试验、闸门及其附件外观检查,分析出导致闸门漏水的原因主要为闸门结构、水闸老化、洪水中漂浮撞击、启闭频繁等6个方面的原因,通过采用水火校正法复原变形闸门面板,更换止水,防腐处理,更换、维修自动化设备等措施进行处理,解决了闸门漏水问题.工程中应用了水火校正结合锤击矫正闸门变形的新工艺,同时提出优化水流调度、完善泄洪方案、规范提闸操作、创新设施安装工艺等减少闸门漏水的有效建议,为类似闸门处理漏水问题提供借鉴.

In July 2023,the Haihe River Basin experienced the heaviest rainstorm since the founding of the People's Republic of China,triggering mountain floods.Most sluices involved in flood discharge subsequently exhibited leakage problems.Taking the leakage treatment of the Sanjiadian River Control Sluice after the"23·7"event as a case study,full-process opening and closing tests and visual inspections of the gate and accessories were conducted.Six main causes of leakage were identified:gate structure,aging facilities,impact from floating debris during floods,and frequent operation.Measures such as restoring deformed gate panels using the flame straightening method(water-fire correction),replacing waterstops,applying anti-corrosion treatments,and repairing/replacing automation equipment were adopted to resolve the leakage.A new process combining flame straightening with hammer correction was applied to address gate deformation.Additionally,effective suggestions to reduce leakage were proposed,including optimizing flow scheduling,improving flood discharge plans,standardizing gate lifting operations,and innovating facility installation techniques,providing a reference for addressing leakage in similar gates.
