水利安全生产风险防控的"六项机制"是确保工程建设期间施工安全管理的有效手段.探讨了水利施工项目部在工程建设管理过程中如何运用"六项机制"中查找、研判、预警、防范、处置、责任这6个方面开展安全管理工作,总结了在施工过程管理中运用"六项机制"应完成的工作内容和工作成果,并对每一机制建设过程中可能存在的常见问题进行举例说明,对施工项目部提出了开展危险源辨识与风险评估、风险监测和应急管理、责任追究和定期总结等建议,为施工项目部提升安全管理工作提供参考.

The"Six Mechanisms"for risk prevention and control in water conservancy safety production are effective means to ensure safety management during engineering construction.How the"Six Mechanisms"—identification,judgment,early warning,prevention,disposal,and responsibility—utilized to conduct safety management during the process of engineering construction management for the water conservancy construction project department was explored.Work content and results required by the"Six Mechanisms"during construction process management were summarized,and common problems potentially arising during the establishment of each mechanism were illustrated with examples.Suggestions were proposed for the construction project department regarding hazard identification and risk assessment,risk monitoring and emergency management,and accountability and regular summary,providing a reference for improving safety management.
