通过了解生态清洁小流域的国内外发展历程,选取国内东、中和西部3个区域的典型优秀建设案例进行研究分析,总结相关的治理措施和成效,明确了当下生态清洁小流域建设存在的问题与挑战,在资金投入、建后管理维护、技术创新、技术标准完善、推动国际交流与合作等方面提出了未来发展展望,以期更好地推动生态清洁小流域建设事业的可持续和高质量发展.
By reviewing the domestic and international development history of ecological clean small watersheds and analyzing typical excellent construction cases from eastern,central,and western China,relevant governance measures and achievements were summarized.The problems and challenges currently facing the construction of ecological clean small watersheds were clarified.Future development prospects were proposed in terms of capital investment,post-construction management and maintenance,technological innovation,improvement of technical standards,and promotion of international exchange and cooperation,aiming to better promote the sustainable and high-quality development of ecological clean small watershed construction.
