不同养殖模式和温度对雌性克氏原螯虾性腺发育的影响OA
Effects of different culture modes and temperatures on the gonadal development of female Procambarus clarkii
为阐明不同养殖模式下克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)性腺发育差异,并探讨温度作为关键环境变量对其的影响,2024年5-9月每月中旬,对上海嘉定地区稻田、池塘和室内水泥池养殖雌性克氏原螯虾卵巢的发育情况进行测量与观察,并设置22℃、26℃和30℃等3个控温组以及1个自然环境温度养殖组,进行28 d的室内养殖实验.结果显示:稻田和池塘养殖克氏原螯虾性腺发育无显著差异(P>0.05);室内水泥池养殖克氏原螯虾性腺发育比稻田和池塘养殖的更快,9月中旬,85%雌虾的卵巢发育成熟至Ⅴ期,15%的雌虾已完成产卵,产卵期比稻田和池塘早1个月.室内控温实验发现,3个控温组的性腺指数均显著高于自然环境温度养殖组(P<0.05),说明昼夜温差变化显著影响克氏原螯虾性腺发育,其中26℃组的性腺指数最高,性腺发育最快,Ⅳ期卵巢占比为63.33%,优于其他组.研究结果可为克氏原螯虾养殖适宜性研究提供参考.
In order to elucidate the differences in gonadal development of Procambarus clarkii under different culture modes and to investigate the effect of temperature as a key environmental variable,the study measured and observed the ovarian development of female Procambarus clarkii cultured in rice fields,ponds,and indoor cement ponds in Jiading area,Shanghai,in the middle of each month from May to September 2024,and set up three temperature-controlled groups,including 22℃,26℃,and 30℃,and one natural environmental temperature culture group for 28 d indoor culture experiments to deeply analyze the characteristics of gonadal development under different temperatures.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the progress of gonadal development between rice field and pond culture(P>0.05),and the gonadal development of P.clarkii in indoor cement pond culture was faster than that in rice field and pond culture,and in the middle of September,85%of female ovaries matured to stage Ⅴ,and 15%of female shrimp had finished spawning,which was 1 month earlier than that in rice field and pond culture.The indoor temperature control experiments found that the gonadosomatic indexes of three temperature control groups were significantly higher than those of the natural environment temperature culture group(P<0.05),indicating that the temperature difference between day and night significantly affected the gonadal development of P.clarkii,among which the 26℃group had the highest gonadosomatic indexes,the fastest development of gonad,and the percentage of stage Ⅳ ovary was 63.33%,which was better than that of the other groups.In conclusion,appropriate temperature regulation has a significant effect on the gonadal development of P.clarkii,26℃is a more suitable temperature,which is conducive to the early reproduction of P.clarkii.This study provides a reference for assessing the suitability of Procambarus clarkii aquaculture.
