Analysis of intestinal microbial community diversity in Bathylagus antarcticus

为探究南极鱼类肠道微生物的多样性及适应南极环境的机理,通过中层拖网方式在宇航员海和普里兹湾共捕获10条南极深海鲑(Bathylagus antarcticus),基于16S rRNA测序技术,分析了南极深海鲑肠道微生物的多样性,通过测序共得到401个OTU,α多样性指数较低.PERMANOVA结果表明,不同海域南极深海鲑肠道微生物群落之间并不存在显著差异(P>0.05).变形菌门(Proteobacteria,83.19%)、软壁菌门(Tenericutes,9.23%)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes,4.51%)是南极深海鲑肠道微生物中的主要门类.其中,不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter,44.48%)、支原体属(Mycoplasma,9.20%)、发光杆菌属(Photobacterium,11.31%)及假交替单胞菌属(Pseudoalteromonas,4.05%)是南极深海鲑肠道微生物的优势菌属.聚类分析显示,不同样品在属水平上具有明显差异,差异的原因可能来源于宿主和环境等因素的随机选择.研究揭示了南极极端环境对鱼类肠道微生物的影响,可为南极深海鲑的摄食生态以及后续的资源开发提供参考.

To investigate the diversity of gut microorganisms in Antarctic fishes and the mechanism of adaptation to the Antarctic environment,a total of 10 Bathylagus antarcticus were caught by midwater trawl in the Astronaut Sea and the Gulf of Prydz.The diversity of gut microorganisms of Bathylagus antarcticus was analyzed based on 16S rRNA sequencing.A total of 401 OTUs were obtained by sequencing,with a low α-diversity index.PERMANOVA results showed that there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the gut microbial communities of Bathylagus antarcticus in different seas.Proteobacteria(83.19%),Tenericutes(9.23%)and Firmicutes(4.51%)were the main phyla in the gut microbial community of Bathylagus antarcticus.Among them,Acinetobacter(44.48%),Mycoplasma(9.20%),Photobacterium(11.31%)and Pseudoalteromonas(4.05%)were the dominant genera in the gut microorganisms of Bathylagus antarcticus.Cluster analysis showed that the samples differed significantly at the genus level,and this variability was due to random selection by host and environmental factors.The study reveals the effects of the extreme Antarctic environment on the gut microorganisms of fish,which can provide references for the feeding ecology of Bathylagus antarcticus as well as the subsequent development of resources.
