为探究清粪方式对规模化猪场氨气(NH3)和臭气(Odor)排放浓度与规律的影响,选择不同清粪方式的2个规模化猪场,分别在冬夏两季对风机口、场界及舍内进行检测.结果表明:(1)风机口:夏季干清粪NH3平均浓度为0.24±0.42 mg/m3,臭气平均值为77±50,水泡粪NH3平均浓度为2.13±1.28 mg/m3,臭气平均值为271±121;冬季(启用风机口)干清粪NH3平均浓度为8.38±3.56 mg/m3,臭气平均值为226±60,水泡粪NH3平均浓度为8.97±2.44 mg/m3,臭气平均值为570±107.(2)场界处臭气值:夏季干清粪为36±27、水泡粪为273±95,冬季干清粪为35±29、水泡粪为131±87.(3)舍内:冬季干清粪NH3平均浓度为16.34±7.35 mg/m3,臭气平均值为 515±200;水泡粪 NH3 平均浓度为 23.85±4.36 mg/m3,臭气平均值为1 077±239;夏季水泡粪NH3平均浓度为1.62±2.94 mg/m3,臭气平均值为1 036±360.研究表明,干清粪可显著降低猪场风机口、场界及舍内的NH3浓度和臭气值,冬季舍内臭气浓度显著更高,场界处臭气浓度显著低于夏季,综上所述,对于规模化猪舍臭气排放而言,干清粪工艺显著优于水泡粪.

To investigate the effects of different manure removal methods on the emission concentra-tions and patterns of ammonia(NH3)and odors in large-scale pig farms,two large-scale pig farms emplo-ying different manure removal techniques were selected,and measurements were conducted at the fan inlet,farm boundary,and inside the pig housing during both winter and summer seasons.Results showed that(1)at the fan inlet,during summer,the mean NH3 concentration under dry manure removal was(0.24±0.42)mg/m3,and the mean odor value was 77±50.For water-diluted manure,the NH3 concentration averaged 2.13±1.28 mg/m3,with an odor value of 271±121.During winter(with the fans in operation),dry manure removal resulted in an mean NH3 concentration of 8.38±3.56 mg/m3 and an odor value of 226±60.For water-diluted manure,the NH3 concentration averaged 8.97±2.44 mg/m3 with an odor value of 570±107.(2)At the farm boundary,odor levels were as follows:summer,dry manure removal at 36±27;water-diluted manure at 273±95;winter,dry manure removal at 35±29;water-diluted manure at 131±87.(3)Inside the pig housing,during winter,the mean NH3 concentration was 16.34±7.35 mg/m3,with an odor value of 515±200 for dry manure re-moval;for water-diluted manure,the NH3 concentration was 23.85±4.36 mg/m3,with an odor value of 1077±239.Conversely,in summer,water-diluted manure had an NH3 concentration of 1.62±2.94 mg/m3 and an odor value of 1036±360.The study indicates that dry manure removal significantly reduces NH3 concentrations and odor levels at the fan inlet,farm boundary,and within pig housing.Odor concentra-tions inside pig houses are significantly higher in winter,while at the farm boundary,odor levels are nota-bly lower in winter compared to summer.Overall,dry manure removal proves to be more effective than water-diluted manure in controlling odor emissions from large-scale pig housing.
