剥离降解双功能生物黏泥清洗剂的工业应用OA

采用双功能清洗剂RP-78+RP-78(Z)对滋生大量生物黏泥的某大型乙烯装置2#循环冷却水系统进行清洗,通过对供水温度、浊度、水溶性COD等指标分析,准确评价了双功能清洗剂的清洗效果.实验结果表明:水冷器和凉水塔的换热效果得到恢复,供水温度由35℃降至29℃;大分子絮状体生物黏泥被降解为水溶性小分子,清洗过程中浊度由60 NTU增加到350 NTU,水溶性COD由60 mg/L上升到978 mg/L,突破了常用清洗剂只具备单一剥离功能的局限,显示出优异的降解效果,解决了生物黏泥量大的循环冷却水系统清洗问题.

A bifunctional cleaning agent RP-78+RP-78(Z)was applied to clean the 2#circulating cooling water system of a large-scale ethylene device where a large number of biological sludges were bred.Through the analysis of water supply temperature,turbidity and water-soluble COD,the cleaning effect of the bifunctional cleaning agent was accurately evaluated.According to the experiment result,the heat exchange effect of both the water cooler and the cooling tower is restored,with the water supply temperature decreasing from 35℃to 29℃.The biological sludge with macromolecular flocs is degraded into water-soluble micromolecules.During the cleaning process,the turbidity increases from 60 NTU to 350 NTU,and the water-soluble COD rises from 60 mg/L to 978 mg/L,which breaks the limit of single exfoliation function for commonly used cleaning agents with an excellent degradation effect.The cleaning problem of the circulating cooling water system with a large amount of biological sludge is solved.
