某食品产业园区废水处理的工程实践OA

以某食品工业生产废水为对象,采用水解酸化—A/O接触氧化—絮凝沉淀—过滤—消毒组合工艺进行处理,设计处理规模500 m3/d.在平均进水COD 487.07 mg/L、ρ(NH4+-N)43.83 mg/L、TN 52.37 mg/L、TP 4.98 mg/L的条件下,经处理后,平均出水COD、ρ(NH4+-N)、TN、TP分别为 40.86,4.24,11.38,0.24 mg/L,COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为91.61%,90.32%,78.27%,95.18%,出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A限值.该工艺正式投运以来,运行稳定,以处理1 m3废水计,运行费用为1.95元.

Taking the production wastewater from a certain food industry as the object,a combined process of hydrolysis acidification-A/O contact oxidation-flocculation sedimentation-filtration-disinfection was adopted for treatment,with a designed treatment capacity of 500 m3/d.Under the conditions of the average influent COD of 487.07 mg/L,ρ(NH4+-N)of 43.83 mg/L,TN of 52.37 mg/L and TP of 4.98 mg/L,the treated average effluent COD,ρ(NH4+-N),TN and TP can be 40.86,4.24,11.38,and 0.24 mg/L,respectively.The average removal rate of COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP in the effluent is 91.61%,90.32%,78.27%and 95.18%,respectively.The effluent meets the first-level A standard stipulated in the GB 18918-2002.Since its official operation,this process has been running stably.Taking the treatment of 1 m3 of wastewater as an example,the operating cost was 1.95 yuan.
