高纯石英砂的制备工艺研究进展OA
Research progress in preparation technology of high-purity quartz sand
介绍了高纯石英砂(high-purity quartz sand,HPQS)杂质赋存状态和提纯工艺研发方面的进展,简述了破碎—磨矿、焙烧—水淬、磁选、浮选、酸浸、氯化焙烧及联合工艺等HPQS提纯工艺的技术现状及优缺点.分析表明,通过优化提纯工艺体系、提升工艺适配性,有助于突破高端HPQS制备技术瓶颈.基于此,对其发展前景进行展望,指出今后可从3个方面对HPQS提纯开展深入研究:1)发展绿色高效工艺体系,重点研发无氟/低氟酸浸技术与生物浸出技术,浮选过程开发高效药剂体系,实现绿色分选与高效低耗提纯;2)针对多步骤协同工艺中的单元工序,开发过程强化技术,提升杂质解离与脱除率;3)推进联合工艺的优化与应用,构建适配不同原料特性的定制化联合工艺体系.
This paper reviewed the impurity occurrence states of high-purity quartz sand(HPQS)and the development of its purification technologies.It outlined the technical status,merits,and limitations of HPQS purification processes including crushing-grinding,roasting-water quenching,magnetic separation,flotation,acid leaching,chlorination roasting,and combined processes.The analysis demonstrates that system optimization and enhanced process compatibility are keys to overcoming technical bottlenecks in high-end HPQS preparation technology.Based on this,the prospects for its development are discussed,and it is pointed out that in-depth research on HPQS purification can be carried out in the following aspects:1)developing green and efficient processe systems,focusing on research and development of fluoride-free/low-fluoride acid leaching,bioleaching,and advanced flotation reagents to achieve green separation and efficient,low-energy comsumption purification;2)intensifying unit operations to achieve higher impurity liberation and removal rates;3)promoting the optimization and application of combined processes,and constructing customized integrated process systems tailored to the characteristics of different raw materials.
