凸轮轴磨损再制造疲劳寿命分析OA
Fatigue life analysis of camshaft wear remanufacturing
为了评估不同磨损状态下发动机凸轮轴再制造修复的可能性,以济柴12V190型柴油发动机的凸轮轴为研究对象,通过有限元方法分别建立了未磨损、局部深层磨损4 mm和整体浅层磨损3%3种状态的凸轮轴模型.基于ANSYS Workbench软件进行瞬态应力分析,探讨磨损对凸轮轴表面应力场的影响,并结合nCode DesignLife软件进行疲劳寿命预测.结果表明:2种不同程度磨损的凸轮轴疲劳寿命均不低于1.8×104 h,达到了再制造所要求的最低使用寿命标准;同时揭示了磨损会削弱凸轮轴的疲劳性能,且局部深层磨损4 mm相较于整体浅层磨损3%,其对寿命的削减作用更为突出.研究证实了在特定磨损条件下凸轮轴再制造的潜力,其结果可为相关再制造工艺的优化设计提供参考.
In order to evaluate the possibility of remanufacturing and repairing of engine camshaft under different wear conditions,taking the camshaft of Jichai 12V190 diesel engine as the research object,the camshaft models of three states of non-wear,local deep wear of 4 mm and overall shallow wear of 3%were established by finite element method.Based on ANSYS Workbench software,the transient stress analysis was carried out to explore the influence of wear on the surface stress field of camshaft.And combined with nCode DesignLife software for the fatigue life prediction.The results show that the fatigue life of the camshafts with two different degrees of wear is not less than 1.8×104 hours,which meets the minimum service life standard required for remanufacturing.At the same time,it is revealed that wear will weaken the fatigue performance of the camshaft,and the local deep wear of 4 mm has a more prominent effect on the reduction of life than the overall shallow wear of 3%.The research results confirm the potential of camshaft remanufacturing under specific wear conditions,and provide valuable references for the optimal design of related remanufacturing processes.
