负载氢氧化铈超大孔阳离子交换树脂的吸附性能OA

Adsorption performance of supermacroporous cation exchange resins loaded with Ce(OH)4

以进行亲油改性后的无机粉体为无机致孔剂、正庚烷为有机致孔剂制备超大孔阳离子交换树脂,利用其功能基团和超大孔结构在其内部负载氢氧化铈,制备了氢氧化铈负载型阳离子交换树脂.实验结果表明:以含氢硅油为改性剂,对氢氧化铝粉体进行改性,可使粉体亲油率由1.36%提高至96.08%;添加改性氢氧化铝粉体后,树脂孔体积可达0.210 mL/g.氢氧化铈负载型阳离子交换树脂对废水中的阴、阳离子均具有较好的吸附效果,可实现废水中镍离子和钒酸根离子的同步去除.在树脂添加量为10 g/L、溶液pH为7、吸附时间为5 h的条件下,镍离子和钒酸根离子去除率均接近100%,经5次吸附-再生循环后,吸附性能无明显下降.

Lipophilically modified inorganic powders were utilized as inorganic porogens and n-heptane as organic porogens to prepare supermacroporous cation exchange resins.Ce(OH)4 was subsequently loaded into the resin matrix through the functional groups and supermacroporous structure of the resins,and then a cation exchange resin loaded with Ce(OH)4 was prepared.The experimental results demonstrate that by using hydrogenated silicone oil as the modifier to modify the aluminum hydroxide powders,the hydrophilicity of the powders can be enhanced from 1.36%to 96.08%.After adding the modified aluminum hydroxide powders,the pore volume of the resin can reach 0.210 mL/g.The cation exchange resin loaded with Ce(OH)4 has a good adsorption effect on both anions and cations in wastewater and can achieve the simultaneous removal of nickel ions and vanadate ions from the wastewater.Under the conditions of a resin addition of 10 g/L,a solution pH of 7,and an adsorption time of 5 h,the removal rates of nickel ions and vanadate ions can both approach 100%.After five cycles of adsorption and recovery,the adsorption performance shows no significant decline.
