合闸电阻对于抑制滤波器组断路器过电压及合闸涌流具有重要作用,但随着电压等级的提升,800 kV滤波器断路器内部合闸电阻的故障率显著升高.目前对于合闸电阻工作环境多场耦合仿真还不够充分,相应改进措施也未得到验证.该研究针对合闸电阻在滤波器断路器中的可能出现的各种合闸电阻故障产生的原因进行了仿真分析,提出了相应的改进方案,并对改进后的效果进行了仿真验证.结果表明,合闸电阻在正常状态下,电场分布均匀,运行稳定;但在异常工况下,局部温度迅速升高,可能导致热应力集中并影响其性能.常见的故障问题包括电阻表面附着金属异物、电阻片同轴度差以及端面接触不良等.为此,提出了几项优化措施:通过在电阻片之间增加铝片改善接触面接触不良;在端部电阻片添加铝块以减少端面应力集中;通过增加绝缘支撑柱外表面直径和合闸电阻堆外护套提升电阻片的同轴度,从而减少电场畸变和提高整体保护性.仿真结果显示,这些优化措施显著提升了合闸电阻的性能,减小了温升和热应力,提高了其安全性和可靠性,对于合闸电阻优化设计仿真分析具有重要意义.

The closing resistor plays an important role in suppressing the overvoltage and closing inrush current of fil-ter bank circuit breakers.However,with the increase in voltage,the failure rate of the closing resistor in 800 kV filter circuit breakers significantly rises.Currently,multi-field coupling simulations for the working environment of the clos-ing resistor are insufficient,and corresponding improvement measures have not been verified.In this paper various possible failure causes of closing resistor in filter circuit breakers are simulated and analyzed.The corresponding im-provement solutions are proposed and the improvement effectiveness is verified by simulation.The results show that under normal conditions the closing resitor is normal in electric field distribution and stable in operation.However,in case of abnormal conditions,local temperatures rise rapidly,potentially leading to concentrated thermal stress and af-fecting its performance.The common faults include the attachment of metal foreign objects to the surface of the resis-tor,wek coaxiality of the resistor disc and weak contact at the end faces.To address these issues,several optimization measures are proposed,namely,adding aluminum sheets between resistor disc to improve weak contact at the contact surfaces;adding aluminum blocks to the end resistor blocks to reduce stress concentration at the ends;and increas-ing the external surface diameter of insulation support and the outer sheath of the closing resistor stack to enhance the coaxiality of the resistor disc,thereby reducing electric field distortion and improving overall protection.Simula-tion results show that these optimization measures significantly enhance the performance of the closing resistor,reduce temperature rise and thermal stress and improve its safety and reliability,which are of significant importance for the simulation analysis and optimization design of closing resistor.
