带有订货量控制的零售商决策模型OA
Retailer decision model with order quantity control
外部市场环境的不确定性易引发制造商产出波动,甚至造成产品减产,部分制造商通常会采取"产量越低、批发价越高"的定价策略,这给供应链中零售商主体的订货决策带来显著挑战.针对随机需求下单一产品供应链系统,构建制造商随机产量与零售商主导的订货决策模型,重点对比零售商事前知晓与事后知晓制造商类型两种信息情境,从期望效用视角出发,以最大化零售商利润为目标,深入考察两类批发定价机制对零售商订货策略的影响结果.同时,本文系统分析制造商类型因素等关键参数与零售商最优订货量的关联关系,通过数值仿真进一步研究模型的有效性与结论稳健性.研究结果可为同类供应链订货问题研究提供可借鉴的分析框架.
Uncertainty in the external market environment was prone to triggering fluctuations in manufacturers' output and even resulting in production cuts.Some manufacturers usually adopted a pricing strategy of"the lower the output,the higher the wholesale price",which posed significant challenges to the ordering decisions of retailer entities in the supply chain.This paper focused on a single-product supply chain system under stochastic demand,constructed a model of manufacturers' stochastic output and retailer-led ordering decisions,focused on comparing two information scenarios:retailers' ex-ante and ex-post knowledge of manufacturer types,started from the perspective of expected utility,took maximizing retailers'profits as the goal,and thoroughly examined the impact results of two types of wholesale pricing mechanisms on retailers' ordering strategies.Meanwhile,this paper systematically analyzed the correlation between key parameters such as manufacturer type factors and retailers' optimal order quantities,and further studied the validity of the model and the robustness of the conclusions through numerical simulation.The research results could provide a referable analytical framework for the research on similar supply chain ordering problems.
