中国高校学生对生成式人工智能持什么态度?OACHSSCD
What are the Attitudes of Chinese University Students Towards Generative Artifical Intelligence?
当前,我国缺乏针对不同类型学生对生成人工智能(generative artifical intelligence,GenAI)态度的研究,且高等教育领域缺乏正式的人工智能素养教育和政策指导.倾听不同类型学生对GenAI的看法,有助于制定针对性人工智能素养教育和政策.本研究对全国1 277名大学生开展问卷调查,数据分析结果显示:1)尽管GenAI普及度极高,但经常使用且熟悉程度高的学生只占三分之一,其中仅有4.2%的人接受了相关正式培训;2)高校学生对GenAI普遍持积极态度,有较高的熟悉度和使用意图,但对于GenAI可能带来的负面影响持矛盾态度;3)女生、文科生、教学型和职业院校的学生,对于GenAI的了解程度、价值感知和使用意图相对更弱.建议高校尽快推广人工智能素养教育,严格筛选或开发有助于学生发展的GenAI工具,针对性制定人工智能素养教育策略.
Currently,there is a lack of research in China that explores the attitudes of different types of students towards generative artificial intelligence(GenAI),and there is also a shortage of formal artificial intelligence literacy education and policy guidance in higher education.Listening to the voices of different types of students about GenAI tools is conducive to formulating targeted AI literacy education and policies.This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 1 277 college students across the country,and the results of the data analysis show that:1)Despite the extremely high popularity of GenAI,only one-third of the people use it frequently and are highly familiar with it,and only 4.2% of them have received relevant formal training;2)College students generally hold a positive attitude towards GenAI,with a high level of familiarity and intention to use it,but they hold a contradictory attitude towards the potential negative impacts of GenAI;3)Female students,liberal arts students,students from teaching-oriented and vocational colleges have weaker understanding,value perception,and intention to use GenAI.It is recommended that colleges and universities quickly promote artificial intelligence literacy education,strictly screen or develop GenAI tools that are conducive to students'development,and formulate targeted AI literacy education strategies.
