Optimization of Coupling Coil Parameters for Non-contact Firing System Based on INOA

针对非接触式击发系统中耦合线圈优化模型中参数较多且相互耦合问题,提出了一种基于改进星鸦优化算法的耦合线圈结构优化方法.通过对系统参数分析建立了能量传输效率与线圈结构间的映射关系,引入混沌映射以提升算法全局搜索能力,在系统参数条件约束下,收敛速度与精度优于其他对比算法,并计算得到68.08%的最高能量传输效率.通过电磁仿真和试验验证,优化参数优于其他线圈模型,较传统的耦合线圈设计方法显著提升设计效率.

Aiming at the problem of numerous and mutually coupled parameters in the coupling coil optimization model for non-contact firing systems,a coupling coil structure optimization method based on the Improved Nutcracker Optimization Algorithm(INOA)is proposed.By analyzing the system parameters,the mapping relationship between energy transmission efficiency and coil structure is established.Chaotic mapping is introduced to enhance the algorithm's global search capability.Under the constraints of system parameter conditions,the convergence speed and precision are better than those of other comparison algorithms,and the highest energy transmission efficiency of 68.08%is calculated.Finally,through electromagnetic simulation and experimental verification,the optimized parameters are better than other coil models,and the design efficiency is significantly enhanced compared with traditional coupling coil design methods.
