彩色多普勒超声量化评估参数在肾动脉狭窄性高血压中的应用价值OA
Application Value of Quantitative Evaluation Parameters of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Renal Artery Stenosis Hypertension
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声量化评估参数在肾动脉狭窄性高血压诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取114例肾动脉狭窄性高血压患者作为观察组,114例健康体检者作为对照组,进行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量并比较肾动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)等参数.结果:观察组PSV显著高于对照组,EDV显著低于对照组(P<0.05).受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线显示,各参数对肾动脉狭窄有较好的诊断效能,联合检测优于单一参数检测(P<0.05).随着肾动脉狭窄程度的加重,PSV、RAR、AT逐渐升高,EDV逐渐降低(P<0.05).Pearson相关分析显示,PSV、RAR、AT与肾动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(r=0.818、0.819、0.716,P<0.05),EDV与肾动脉狭窄程度呈负相关(r=-0.865,P<0.05).结论:彩色多普勒超声量化评估参数在肾动脉狭窄性高血压的诊断中具有重要应用价值.
Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound quantitative evaluation parameters in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis induced hypertension.Methods:114 patients with renal artery stenosis induced hypertension were selected as the observation group,and 114 healthy individuals were selected as the control group.Color Doppler ultrasound was performed to measure and compare parameters such as peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end diastolic velocity(EDV)of the renal artery.Results:The PSV of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the EDV was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Drawing receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves shows that each parameter has good diagnostic efficacy for renal artery stenosis,and combined detection is superior to a single parameter(P<0.05).As the degree of renal artery stenosis worsens,PSV,RAR,and AT gradually increase,while EDV gradually decreases(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that PSV,RAR,AT were positively correlated with the degree of renal artery stenosis(r=0.818,0.819,0.716,P<0.05),while EDV was negatively correlated with the degree of renal artery stenosis(r=-0.865,P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound quantitative evaluation parameters have important application value in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis induced hypertension.
