二维超声及超声造影在淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变疗效评估中应用研究OA
Application of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound in the Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Superficial Lymph Node Lesions in Lymphoma
目的:本研究旨在分析二维超声及超声造影在淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变疗效评估中的临床应用价值.方法:选取2023年5月至2024年3月医院收治的80例淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受二维超声及超声造影检查,记录相应的淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变治疗后的情况,并设计一般资料调查表,询问、记录患者入院当天的基线资料.以组织病理学检查结果作为金标准,评估淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者的疗效,绘制受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析二维超声、超声造影检查及二维超声联合超声造影检查在评估淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者疗效方面的临床应用价值.结果:经组织病理学检查,80例治疗后的淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者中,有68例治疗后病情好转,有12例治疗后病情恶化.二维超声技术检查结果显示,80例淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者中,治疗后好转的有72例,治疗后恶化的有8例.超声造影技术检查结果显示,80例淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者中,治疗后好转的有70例,治疗后恶化的有10例.绘制ROC曲线,结果显示,二维超声、超声造影、二维超声联合超声造影技术评估淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变患者病情情况的AUC分别为 0.780、0.817、0.858,敏感度分别为 0.583、0.663、0.754,特异度分别为 0.983、0.973、0.979,表明二维超声联合超声造影技术具有较高的评估价值.结论:二维超声联合超声造影技术在淋巴瘤浅表淋巴结病变的疗效评估中具有较高的临床应用价值,能够提供更准确的诊断信息,有助于优化治疗方案和提高患者生存率.
Objective:This study aimed to analyze the clinical application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating the curative effect of superficial lymph node lesions in lymphoma.Methods:From May 2023 to March 2024,80 patients with superficial lymphadenopathy of lymphoma were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations,and the corresponding conditions of superficial lymphadenopathy after treatment were recorded.A general data questionnaire was designed to inquire about and record the baseline data of patients on the day of admission.Taking histopathological examination results as the gold standard,the curative effect of patients with lymphoma superficial lymph node lesions was evaluated,and the clinical application value of two-dimensional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating the curative effect of patients with lymphoma superficial lymph node lesions was analyzed by drawing the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:According to histopathological examination,among the 80 patients with superficial lymphadenopathy of lymphoma after treatment,68 patients improved and 12 patients worsened.The results of two-dimensional ultrasound showed that among the 80 patients with superficial lymph node lesions of lymphoma,72 cases improved and 8 cases worsened after treatment.The results of contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that among the 80 patients with superficial lymph node lesions of lymphoma,70 cases improved and 10 cases worsened after treatment.ROC curve was drawn,and the results showed that the AUC of two-dimensional ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,and the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were 0.780,0.817,and 0.858,respectively,with sensitivities of 0.583,0.663,and 0.754,and specificities of 0.983,0.973,and 0.979,indicating that the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound had a higher assessment value.Conclusion:The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound has a high clinical application value in evaluating the curative effect of superficial lymph node lesions in lymphoma,providing more accurate diagnostic information,which helps optimize treatment plans and improve patient survival rates.
