Progress in Synthesis and Application of Z-type Perfluoropolyethers(Meth)Acrylate Prepolymers
本文系统综述了不同官能度Z型全氟聚醚(甲基)丙烯酸酯预聚物的合成方法(包括酯化和异氰酸酯化反应)并探讨了其在光固化树脂中的应用.研究表明,此类含氟树脂可显著降低涂层折射率(1.32~1.38)、提升疏水性(水接触角>110°),且在低光学损耗聚合物波导(传输损耗<0.2 dB/cm)和微流控芯片抗溶胀性中表现优异.未来需突破其原料Z型全氟聚醚醇的国产化合成技术,并验证其在生物医学领域的长期稳定性.
This paper systematically reviewed the synthesis methods of Z-type perfluoropolyether(meth)acrylate prepolymers(including esterification,isocyanate reactions),and explored their applications in photocurable resins.The results demonstrated that these fluorinated resins significantly reduce coating refractive indices(1.32~1.38),enhance hydrophobicity(water contact angle>110°),and exhibit excellent performance in low-loss polymer waveguides(transmission loss<0.2 dB/cm)and anti-swelling microfluidic chips.Future efforts should focus on domestic synthesis of Z-type perfluoropolyether alcohols and validate their long-term stability in biomedical applications.
