Evaluation of water-resource carrying capacity in Daman Irrigation District in the middle reaches of Heihe River
为探究大满灌区水资源承载力状态,促进灌区水资源合理开发利用,选取11个指标构建"水资源-社会-经济-生态"评价体系,利用基于博弈论组合权重的TOPSIS模型,分析2014-2023年大满灌区水资源承载力变化趋势,通过障碍度模型筛选制约水资源承载力的指标,最后基于改进耦合协调度模型,分析水资源承载力各子系统的耦合协调度.结果表明:(1)大满灌区水资源承载力整体处于Ⅳ级(轻度超载)水平,2014-2018年呈下降趋势,2019-2023年呈上升趋势.(2)地均水资源量、灌溉水利用系数、人均水资源量和地下水用水比重是大满灌区水资源承载力的障碍因子.(3)大满灌区水资源承载力各子系统耦合度处于拮抗阶段,耦合协调度整体处于濒临失调水平.未来大满灌区应进行水资源优化配置,建立统筹水资源、社会经济及生态的动态监测系统,并将产业结构指标数据纳入水资源承载力评价,以提升灌区水资源承载力评价的适用性和可靠性.
To assess the state of the water-resource carrying capacity and promote the rational development of wa-ter resources in the Daman Irrigation District in the middle reaches of the Heihe River,an evaluation system with 11 indicators was constructed under the"water resources-society-economy-ecology"framework.The changing trends of the water-resource carrying capacity in the irrigation district from 2014 to 2023 were evaluated using the TOPSIS model based on game theory with combined weights.The indicators constraining the water-resource carrying capacity were identified using the obstacle degree model.Finally,the coupling coordination degree among the subsystems of water-resource carrying capacity was analyzed using the improved coupling coordina-tion degree model.The results indicate that:(1)the overall water-resource carrying capacity of the Daman Irriga-tion District is at level IV(mildly overloaded),showing a downward trend from 2014 to 2018 and an upward trend from 2019 to 2023.(2)The water-resource carrying capacity is constrained by the amount of water resourc-es per unit area,the utilization coefficient of irrigation water,the per capita water resources,and the proportion of groundwater.(3)The subsystems of water-resource carrying capacity in the Daman Irrigation District are antago-nistic;the overall coupling coordination degree is at the brink of imbalance.To ameliorate this situation,the Dam-an Irrigation District should optimize the allocation of water resources,establish a dynamic monitoring system that integrates water resources,social economy and ecology,and incorporate the index data of industrial structure into the evaluation of water-resource carrying capacity.These recommendations would improve the applicability and reliability of evaluating water-resource carrying capacities in irrigation districts.
