汽车吸能盒型材生产工艺研究OA
Research on the Production Process of Automotive Energy-absorbing Box Profiles
为满足汽车吸能盒在低速碰撞下更加有效吸收碰撞能的要求,本文侧重研究吸能盒型材挤压工艺、时效工艺等因素对力学性能和吸能特性的影响,采用台车对吸能盒力学性能和压溃性的要求作为评价指标,设计生产吸能盒型材,进行力学性能测试和静态压缩试验,对比分析不同工艺参数得到的力学性能和静态压缩性能结果,选择最优的参数,获得一款良好的铝合金吸能盒型材.
In order to meet the requirement of more effective absorption of collision energy by automotive energy absorbing boxes under low-speed collisions,this paper focuses on studying the influence of factors such as extrusion process and aging process of energy absorbing box profiles on their mechanical properties and energy absorbing characteristics.The mechanical properties and crushing requirements of the energy absorbing box by a trolley are used as evaluation indicators to design and produce energy absorbing box profiles,conduct mechanical performance tests and static compression tests,compare and analyze the mechanical properties and static compression performance results obtained from different process parameters,select the optimal parameters,and obtain a good aluminum alloy energy absorbing box profile.
