基于多参数的高压电力电容器状态综合评估技术OA

Comprehensive Assessment Technology for Power Capacitor Status Based on Multi-parameter Data Fusion

针对高压电力电容器在运行过程中存在的故障隐患,提出一种基于多参数融合的状态监测与健康评估方法.利用传感器监测电力电容器的运行电压、电容量、不平衡电流、运行温度和局部放电等关键参数,统计分析不同运行参数的故障状态,利用加权评价法对监测数据进行多参数融合分析,以95%的阈值判断电力电容器运行状态.研究表明:提出的基于多参数加权评估方法有效克服了单一参数诊断的局限性,能够更加灵敏地发现高压电容器运行故障状态,保证存在故障风险的电力电容器得到及时维护,提高了无功补偿装置运行的可靠性.

This paper proposes a state monitoring and health assessment method based on multi-parameter fusion for the fault risks existing in the operation of high-voltage power capacitors.By using sensors to monitor key parameters such as operating voltage,capacitance,unbalanced current,operating temperature and partial discharge of power capacitors,it statistically analyzes the fault states of different operating parameters.Meanwhile,it uses the weighted evaluation method to analyze the monitoring data for multi-parameter fusion.The operating state of the power capacitor is judged with a threshold of 95%.The research shows that the multi-parameter weighted evaluation method proposed can effectively overcome the limitations of single-parameter diagnosis,and can more sensitively detect the fault state of high-voltage power capacitors.This enables the power capacitors with fault risks to be maintained in a timely manner,improving the reliability of reactive power compensation devices.
