数字技能对青年就业质量的影响及作用机制研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Impact of Digital Skills on Youth Employment Quality and Its Mechanisms
数字经济时代,数字技能成为影响青年就业质量的重要因素之一.本文基于工资议价理论、信息不对称理论以及工作家庭边界理论,利用2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,探究了数字技能对青年就业质量的影响以及作用机制.研究发现,数字技能对青年就业质量具有显著提升作用.其中,数字技能对于青年的工资收入、劳动保障、工作稳定性以及工作晋升四个维度影响更为突出.异质性分析表明,数字技能对收入水平较低、未接受过高中教育和体制外的青年群体的就业质量提升效应更大.机制分析表明,数字技能通过降低青年失业风险感知、提高就业机会均等性以及平衡工作与家庭生活来提升就业质量.本文建议大力加强数字基础设施建设,加强数字化就业公共服务体系,加强数字技能培养,全力推动数字技能助力青年充分高质量就业.
In the era of the digital economy,digital skills have become an important factor affecting youth employment quality.Based on wage bargaining theory,information asymmetry theory,and work-family boundary theory,this study employs data from the 2021 Chinese Social Survey to explore the impact of digital skills on youth employment quality and its mechanisms.The study finds that digital skills significantly enhance youth employment quality.Specifically,digital skills have a more pronounced effect on youth wage income,labor protection,job stability,and career advancement.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the positive effect of digital skills on employment quality is greater for groups with lower income levels,those without high school education,and youth working outside the state sector.Mechanism analysis reveals that digital skills improve employment quality by reducing perceived unemployment risk,increasing equality of employment opportunities,and balancing work and family life.Hence,the study suggests vigorously strengthening digital infrastructure construction,enhancing the public service system for digital employment,reinforcing digital skills training,and fully promoting the role of digital skills in assisting youth to achieve full and high-quality employment.
