水雾化法制备镍基自熔合金粉末工艺研究OA

Study on the Preparation Process of Nickel-based Self-fluxing Alloy Powder by Water Atomization Method

本文采用水雾化工艺制备镍基自熔合金粉末,通过调整雾化工艺参数,研究了漏嘴直径、喷射顶角及雾化压力对粉末形貌、粒度分布、空心粉率等特性的影响.结果表明:在喷射顶角为 32°、雾化压力为 12 MPa、漏嘴直径为 6mm的条件下,制备的合金粉末性能优异,松装密度为 4.22 g/cm3,空心粉率 25.8%,氧含量为 0.032%,流动性为 16.5 s/50 g,可满足螺杆、球阀表面喷焊用金属粉末的性能要求.

Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder was prepared via water atomization in this paper.By adjusting the atomization process parameters,including nozzle diameter,spray angle,and atomization pressure,the effects of these parameters on powder morphology,particle size distribution,and hollow particle rate were investigated.The results indicate that under optimized conditions(spray angle of 32°,atomization pressure of 12 MPa,and nozzle diameter of 6 mm),the prepared alloy powder exhibits excellent performance with a bulk density of 4.22 g/cm³,hollow particle rate of 25.8%,oxygen content of 0.032%,and fluidity of 16.5 s/50g.These characteristics meet the performance requirements for surface spray-coating applications on screws and ball valves.
